Processing requirements:

• The valve should be forging molding.
• The valve body and valve parts surface shall not have cracks, crease, inclusion, not filled with loss of valve performance defects. On the hand wheel should not have sharp edges.
• All parts of the valve must be treated before the assembly. The valve in the assembly, testing and acceptance of the process are not contaminated with oil.

Performance requirements:

• 1 opening and closing torque, under the nominal pressure, the valve opening and

• closing the required maximum torque should not exceed 6Nm

• 2 air tightness, under the nominal pressure of 1.1 times, the valve is closed and any open state should be no leakage.

• 3 vibration resistance, under the nominal pressure, the valve should be able to withstand the amplitude of 2mm, frequency of 33 Hz 1/3 vibration, the valve on the threaded connection should not loose, there is no leakage.
